Our Service Department has three full time members of staff and one part time - their total years experience with us adds up to over 50 years.

This experience formulates a strong work ethic to produce work that we can be proud of, and our customers be very happy with.

Our workshop does most jobs that are required on your bike.

• Pre-Delivery inspect and prepare for the road all our new bikes.
• Fit any accessories purchased with your new bike.
• FREE SAFETY CHECK on your new bike within SIX WEEKS of purchase (not mail order customers).
• Service all makes and models of bikes - subject to spare parts availability.
• Specialist wheel builds by a CYTECH trained mechanic with over 20 years experience.
• Disc brake servicing.
• Rear suspension units & Front forks are normally sent away to be serviced by a specialist in suspension systems.
• Custom Build your dream bike - you spec it and we'll build it - ask in store for details or call us on 01332 368849.
