Returns Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for returning the goods to Samways Cycles and at your own cost. Returned items must be packaged and must be adequate for return by post. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are fully insured. All returned goods must be as new and without having been installed or used, including all internal packaging, manuals and protective bags, however small.

Samways Cycles cannot take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost whilst being returned. Samways Cycles will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. If you do not return the goods as required, Samways Cycles may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. The goods must be returned to Samways Cycles, 20-22 Ashbourne Road, Derby, DE22 3DR. This is complementary to your statutory rights.
