UK Mainland (Zones A & B) Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland (Zone C) Isle of Man & Islands (Zone D) When you go to your shopping basket you will be presented with a drop down list of options for delivery of your item/s - please look at this chart, and select carefully from the list which option would be best suited to your needs. Please ensure you select a BIKE delivery method for a bike and an ACCESSORY delivery method for accessories / clothing / parts. If you are buying a bike and accessories, then please choose the delivery option where it states BIKES & ACCESSORIES. Please ensure you select the right zone for your delivery area - see MAP to your right. If you select the wrong delivery method / zone we will have to ring you & let you know the appropriate options and either take the extra monies owed over the phone or refund any overpayment in postage. ALL TREK BIKES have to be collected from our store, or delivered fully built by our own transport to comply with TREK UK's dealer terms & conditions. Once I receive my new bike what do I need to do? Every bike we send out is fully built and checked by one of our experienced mechanics (over 20 years experience) ! The bike is then re-packaged and sent to your address. Please sign for receipt of goods and check the box for any obvious damage, if there is damage to the box then sign the delivery receipt as damaged box. Open the box carefully ensuring that you do not catch your fingers on any metal staples!! You should find the bike you ordered and a folder containing your invoice and a very comprehensive build sheet explaining what you need to do before the bike is ridden. If at any stage you are unsure then please contact us on 01332 368849. Bikes:Option 1. Standard Rate - usually delivered within 2 - 5 days if item in stock. Signature required. If the item is not in stock we will let you know - at this point you can seek an alternative product, wait for the product ordered or cancel your order. Zone A & B - £10.00 per bike Zone C - £30.00 per bike Zone D - £50.00 per bike Option 2. By NOON Next Working Day - as long as we have your order by Noon on the day prior to your delivery day and the item is in stock we will endeavour to deliver the bike to you by Noon on the next working day -this does not apply to an order being received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Signature required. If the item is not in stock we will let you know - at this point you can seek an alternative product, wait for the product ordered or cancel your order. You will not be charged the extra rate for NOON Delivery. Zone A & B ONLY - £23.00 per bike Option 3. Saturday Delivery by Noon - as long as we have your order by Noon on the day prior to your delivery day and the item is in stock we will endeavour to deliver the bike to you by Noon on Saturday. Signature required. If the item is not in stock we will let you know - at this point you can seek an alternative product, wait for the product ordered or cancel your order.
