ALL TREK BIKES have to be collected from our store, or delivered fully built by our own transport to comply with TREK UK's dealer terms & conditions. Once I receive my new bike what do I need to do? Every bike we send out is fully built and checked by one of our experienced mechanics (over 20 years experience) ! The bike is then re-packaged and sent to your address. Please sign on receipt of goods and check the box for any obvious damage, if there is damage to the box then sign the delivery receipt as damaged box. If you are not in when the item is delivered a card will be left by the courier / Royal Mail please contact the local depot and re-arrange delivery (charges may apply). If the goods come back to us then we will have to charge for re-delivering. Open the box carefully ensuring that you do not catch your fingers on any metal staples!! You should find the bike you ordered and a folder containing your invoice and a very comprehensive build sheet explaining what you need to do before the bike is ridden. If at any stage you are unsure then please contact us on 01332 368849 - we want you to be happy with your purchase. Bikes:Option 1. Standard Rate - usually delivered within 3 - 7 days if item in stock. We will inform you of expected delivery date on receipt of your order.
